the travels

 

The Travels are a series of photographic journeys that I plan to take across Europe over the next years (or decades). These journeys will be linked to the research and writing of a book.

 

However, my intention with these travels has changed since I first conceived the plan during 2020.

 

Where my intention was at first rather journalistic and documentary, I now see it rather as a pilgrimage to record the sacred beauty of nature. 

 

The first travels have been postponed due to life circumstances, and a precise date for the first journey has not been set. Much will depend on the progress of research and other aspects of the project.
